I always wanted to be great scientist. I had a dream of discovering a new drug that would save hundreds of people’s life. Unfortunately, I was never very well at chemistry at school and the teacher was used to get angry with me. I decided to becoming an inventor and designed an amazing new product. My parents were encouraging, but told me to be a few more realistic. A few weeks late, I had an idea of designing a pen to write in water. In my disappointment, a friend of me pointed out that it was not a new invention.

　 I went out to see film with my brother after supper. In our way to the cinema, we met an American girl named Alice, which had got lost and looked very anxious .We went up to see that was the matter. We then took him to the hotel. While going there I told her the great change that had taken place in our country in the past few years but Alice told us a lot about the youth in America. Although we miss the film, we felt very happy for we had not only helped Alice get out of trouble but also knew nothing abut the States. We see that the English can strengthen understanding and friendship.

One day while David was walking, he saw an old man struggled in the river. Quick he ran over and pulled the old man out. After he came back in life, the old man told to David he could give anything. David wanted because he was rich. David laughed. He doesn't believe the old man was rich. But he didn't want anything. Then he thought of something. "I want my dad to have job", he said. "Right." said the old man. "What's her telephone number?"
When David got home his dad said that he got a phone call just now and that one of the biggest corporation in the USA has offered him a job.

Last Saturday,I put my wallet in the bag which was at back of my bike.I rode for about half an hour.As I neared my home I found that I kept the bag opening all the way.The wallet had fallen out somewhere in the way,it made me upset.Just then I received a phone call saying that my neighbor is waiting for me..Someone had sent it to my home.I felt very pleasing and I went home at once.It was turned out that I put my ID card in the wallet.No one was at home for he gave it to my neighbor.I have never found out what he was because he did not tell my neighbors his name when he left.

A man was driving on the road．Suddenly his car stopped．He got out of the car tried to find out the trouble．“It’s the motor．” said the voice behind him．He was surprising and turned around. But he saw only an old horse．“Did you say something?” he asked．“ I said you should check yours motor,” the horse replied．The man rushed to the nearer house．With a very excited voice, he told the farmer had happened．The farmer, therefore, showed no sign of excitement．He explained , “He didn’t know anything about cars．He can only repeat what I often say．”
