I’m old, but I can still win(赢) many table tennis games. And you will be surprised(惊讶的) when you know my . I am 105 years old! People say not people can live so long. They often ask me I can keep healthy at 105. I think it’s natural(自然的). Everyone can live to 105 if they eat healthily and .

First of all, I think is very important. I often have milk and bread for breakfast at about 7:00a.m, Milk and bread give me energy. So I don’t often feel in the morning. I eating snacks. I don’t think they are healthy. I have some rice and vegetables for lunch and supper. I don’t eat meat. And meals, I usually have an apple or a banana. People say an apple a day the doctor away.

I'm Daniel,a high school student in England.My friend think I am a little unusual because I like reading poetry(诗歌）。They think I should spend more time playing sports or going out with them.Sometimes I do those things too,but reading poetry is an important part of my life.

　 Poetry helps me develope my mind. Some poems are very difficult to understand and it takes some time to get their meaning . When I first started reading poetry ,I wasn't very interested in it.But after a time,I found that reading poetry helped me to think more deeply.

　 Also ,I enjoy the beautiful words and pictures in poems . I find reading a beautiful poem helps me to relax.When I read Daffodils by William Wordsworth ,I can “see” a picture in my mind of all those beautiful yellow flowers and it makes me very happy.

Hi! I’m Harry. Life used to be kind of difficult for me. The muscles(肌肉) in my arms and legs are weak. I have to be in a wheelchair all day. I can’t use my legs at all, and I’m not too great with my hands. If I drop something it stays dropped until someone picks it up for me. I can’t open doors or switch lights on and off. Carrying everything I need for school is a problem too.
Now things are easier. I have a helping hand. Pete is a golden dog that has been trained to help kids like me. Pete was at dog training school for two years to learn how to do different tasks. I had to be trained too. I had to learn how to give Pete instructions and how to take care of him.
When Pete is working he doesn’t play around. My friends know they are not to pet him or call him when he is working. He can pull my wheelchair and pick up things I drop. Pete carries my books and lunch on his back. He pushes the button on the school lift and opens some kinds of doors. He even knows how to switch lights on.
But best of all, Pete is here when I need a friend.
