　　“It’s really strange—we’re in the middle of one of the biggest cities in the world, but in these hutongs it feels as if we’re in a village in the countryside. There are lots of trees everywhere, and all the buildings are only one or two storeys high. Also, there aren’t many cars in the hutongs, so they are quite quiet—very different from the streets in the centre of Hong Kong!
