题目列表(包括答案和解析)
I'm Daniel,a high school student in England. My friend think I am a little unusual because I like reading poetry(诗歌)。They think I should spend more time playing sports or going out with them.Sometimes I do those things too,but reading poetry is an important part of my life.
Poetry helps me develope my mind. Some poems are very difficult to understand and it takes some time to get their meaning . When I first started reading poetry ,I wasn't very interested in it.But after a time,I found that reading poetry helped me to think more deeply.
Also ,I enjoy the beautiful words and pictures in poems . I find reading a beautiful poem helps me to relax. When I read Daffodils by William Wordsworth ,I can “see” a picture in my mind of all those beautiful yellow flowers and it makes me very happy.
Many people think reading poetry has no use. They say it is not part of real life and it is just a waste of time. This is not true. Many poems are about relationships and feelings .From these poems,we can learn about ourselves and how to become better people.one of my favourite poems is He Wishes for the Cloths of Heaven by the Irish poet Yeats.
