    　　Before you get a tattoo(文身) you know that you want a tattoo, so what comes next? You have to know the laws in your area, and make yourself aware of the health problems．If you don't make a right decision, you may regret what you have done．Here, I put together some needed information for the tattoo-hungry friends．

    　　The most important thing you need to consider before getting tattooed is how your parents feel about it．If your parents don't care, nothing else will matter．Ask your parents what they think and how they feel．If they don't agree, listen carefully and do as they wish．

    　　Sure, the tattoo flash that you see on body may not be unique to you．Some takes a picture that he or she likes and modifies it to his or her personality．

    　　Do you know the risks? There are risks related to tattooing besides the obvious short-term pain．Dirty tattoos do exist and they can be deadly．There are always risks of allergic reaction(过敏反映) and diseases when you have a tattoo．You can reduce the risk by knowing about the health risks and what should be done to keep you safe before getting tattooed．

    　　And finally, I don't have a tattoo myself just because I do think it's harmful especially for us students when we are growing up．Anyway, it's not cool for me and I never think personality can be expressed by maltreating(虐待) our bodies．

         Do you ever hear yourself think,"It doesn't matter"? I have come to understand that I think this way.It
    may be because I think I should do something,and I can also accept that it is unimportant.Sometimes I see negative things going on around me and think it doesn't matter.As I started working on changing this in
    myself,I came up with something that really works for me.
         Not everything can intensely matter to us,or we will drive ourselves mad with concern and worry.
    However,because procrastination(拖延)causes so many troubles in our lives,we can benefit from one
    simple question.
         When I think I should do something that perhaps I don't really feel like doing,I may think it doesn't
    matter right now.Say,for example,that you think that you need to have your roof repaired.Then you think I should call someone and have it fixed.There may be many reasons or excuses and mixed emotions behind
    the thought.Whatever you feel,you can convince yourself or accept that it doesn't matter.Ask yourself this question,"When will it matter?"After you answer this question,you may become motivated(受鼓舞的)to
    take the necessary steps.By asking and answering,this question can actually make you least resistant to
    accomplish what you want.
         I think that everything matters in life；some things just matter less than other things.Saying "It doesn't
    matter"or"I don't care"is a lie.If something is bothering you,it is because it matters to you.Therefore,the next time you think something doesn't matter,try the followup question.Perhaps the thing matters to you because you can see the consequence of ignoring it.Maybe by using the followup question you will see that it

    When someone says, “Well, I guess I’ll have to face the music”, it doesn’t mean that he is planning to go to hear a singer or attend a concert. It is something far less unhappy than you are called in by your leader to explain why you did this and that or why you did not do this or that.
