假定英语课上老师要求同桌之间交换修改作文，请你修改你同桌写的以下作文。文中共有10处语言错误，每句中最多有两处，每处错误仅涉及一个单词的增加、删除或修改。

增加：在缺词处加一个漏字符号（∧），并在其下面写出该加的词。

删除：把多余的词用斜线（\）划掉。

修改：在错的词下划一横线，并在该词下面写出修改后的词。

注意：1.每处错误及其修改均限一词。

2.只允许修改10处，多者（从第11处起）不计分。

    As a middle school student of Senior Three，I do sports one and two hours a day，such as doing morning exercises，playing basketball and long­distance running. I think it is very helpfully to me. Take exercise makes me even more healthier so that I won't be ill very often. What's more，I also get myself relaxing in different kinds of sports. Only in this way I do a better job in my study in high spirits. For doing physical exercise，I'm becoming stronger and more confident than ago. I did think it is necessary for everyone to spend some time on sports every day so people's health is important in modern life.

Thank you very much for your last letter asked me something about how to choose a dictionary for learn Chinese. Here I strong recommend you the following two which may be useful to you. One of they is the English-Chinese/ Chinese-English Dictionary which will cost you 52 yuans. There are 18,000 English words and 20,000 Chinese words in them. So it has lots of   examples showing how to use the words, you will be very valuable for the beginners like us. The  other one is Xinhua dictionary, which charge you only ￥11 and has a collection of 10,000  Chinese words. It is the most commonly used one in China. If you need my help with your  Chinese please write to me. I’m look forward to your reply.

Jane sat in the sofa and picked up the remote (遥控器)and turned the TV. It is 6 o'clock and the news was on three channels. However, she didn't want to see the news, what was usually about accidents and murders. There was too many bad news on the TV. Emily found the talk show to watch. It was Ellen, who was a comedian（喜剧演员）, and she told of good jokes and sometimes gave expensive gift to her fans. This show was a rerun, because Ellen's "live" show was usual on at 4 o'clock. But that didn't matter for Emily, because all he wanted to do was relax.
