　　Mary did not understand such sentences as “She is blue Today”, “You are yellow”,“He has a green thumb (大拇指)”,“He has told a little white lie”and so on. And she went to her teacher for help.

　　Mary : Mrs Smith, there is a colour in each of these sentences. What do they mean?

　　Nancy had just got a secretary's job in a big company to work in the sales department. It was the golden season. I could see the yellow leaves falling with the cool wind. For others, it is a/an       season, while for me, it is an annoying season. Tired from preparing for Postgraduate Entrance Examination, I decided to have a       along the Yanjiang Road in my university.
