假设你是李华，在某书店买了一本英文词典，却发现有质量问题。书店售货员的服务态度又不好，因此你决定给书店负责人写信。信中包括以下内容；

1． 事情的起因：你在书店买了一本英文词典，后来发现里面有几页残缺；

2． 与书店交涉的经过：你第二天来到书店要求换一本，店员却置之不理；

3． 要求换书并呼吁书店改善服务。
