         Jack Brown is very fat. His wife is worried about his health. "It's not good for your health. You should
    see the doctor and ask him how to lose weight (重量)," she tells him. "OK," answers Jack.
         He goes to see his doctor. The  doctor weighs  him.  Then the  doctor  says,  "You are 90 kilograms
    heavy. It's very bad. You must lose about 20  kilograms. "  "Oh, what should I do, Doctor?" Mr Brown
    asks in surprise. "You should eat only fruit and vegetables. You must run 5 kilometers a day for the next
    100 days. Then call and tell me how much you weigh," the doctor says.
         Jack goes home and does what the doctor has told him. One hundred days later, he calls the doctor.
    "Jack Brown here, Doctor," he says, "I'm calling to tell you about my weight. I have  lost  20 kilograms. " 
     " Great,"  says the doctor.  "Yes, but there's  a  problem," Jack says.   "I'm 500  kilometers away from
    home. I don't know how  to get back ! "
         Jack Brown goes to see his   l   because he is very fat. The doctor says he is too    2  . He tells Jack
