When I was in the third grade, I was picked to be the princess in the school play.

Nearly all of us have an unpleasant habit, whether we realize it or not, and we want to get rid of it but didn’t know the proper ways. Here’s some advice on how to get rid of bad habits.

n Make a list.    Write down all the reasons why you want to stop a certain behavior----how it’s hurting you and why getting rid of it will help. Look at that list regularly.

After her husband had gone to work, Mrs. Richards sent her children to school and went upstairs to her bedroom. Dick lived in England. One day in January he said to his wife, “I'm going to fly to New York next week because I've got some work there.” “Where are you going to stay there?” His wife asked. “I don't know yet.” Dick answered. “Please send me your address from there in a telegram (电报),”his wife said. “All right.” Dick answered.
