As we all know, the environment around us is getting worse and worse. In some places we can¡¯t see fish ¡¡26 in the river or trees on the hills. Some people even have no clean water to drink.

Recently, a new lifestyle called low carbon life is ¡¡27 every comer of our country. The meanings of low carbon are ¡¡28 energy and no waste. It is such an important project that I can¡¯t wait 29 my ideas on how to promote it.

First£¬we should ¡¡30 a no-car day every week in our school. Because cars not only cause serious air pollution but also waste energy. ¡¡31 the no-car day, neither students ¡¡32 teachers are allowed to drive to school. At the same time£¬just walk or run. Use our ¡¡33 and enjoy the fun.

Second, we had better not use plastic bags ¡¡34 . No one can stand the ¡°white pollution¡±£¬ ¡¡35 it is wise to use cloth bags which can ¡¡36 again and again.

37 £¬one thing ¡¡38 we should keep in mind is that every big thing comes from the small details. So, as students, we ought to turn ¡¡39 the lights the moment we leave, use 40 sides of the paper, and reuse our textbooks and so on.

All in all, it weighs greatly for all of us to put the low carbon lifestyle into practice. Just set our mind to these£ºno-car days, no plastic bags, and no waste. Let¡¯s do it now.

Most of my day is full of lessons and homework. It is very  36 to find time for myself. But when I get some free time, I have many 37 to do, such as sleeping, going to the movies and listening to music.

First, I like sleeping very much, When I am at school, I try to make time during my break and lunchtime to get 38  minutes to sleep. It helps me   39   awake all the way. If I do not get a good sleep, I will be very tired the next day.

Second, going to the movies can make me relax (·ÅËÉ), When I am tired, it is a good idea 40   and watch a movie. Laughing, getting frightened and even   41   are all good ways of relaxing.

Listening to music is my hobby   42  . I think music is very important in   43  life. Some parents think listening to music will make their children become poor students, so they   44   them from listening to it. But I don¡¯t think so. When I am in a bad mood (ÐÄÇé), music can   make me quiet.

45   hobbies, there will be no colour in my life, I will keep my hobbies forever.

Each of us fails from time to time. If we are wise, we accept these failures as a necessary ¡¡31 of the learning process. But too often as parents and teachers we deny this same right to our children. We convey(´«´ï) 32 ¡¡by words or by actions that failure is something to be ashamed of, that nothing but ¡¡33¡¡ performance pleases us.

34 I see a child under this kind of pressure ,I think of Jack. He is a shy, nervous perfectionist. He ¡¡35 answered questions¡ªhe might be ¡¡36 .

I try my best to ¡¡37 his self-confidence. And I repeatedly ¡¡38 ¡¡God for direction. But ¡¡39 changed until midterm, when Mary, a student teacher, came to our classroom.

One day we were working with math problems. Jack had copied the problems with care. 40 with his progress, I left the children with Mary .When I returned, Jack was in tears. He¡¯d missed the third problem.

At that time, Mary got a box ¡¡41 with pencils from the desk we shared. ¡°Look, Jack ! I¡¯ve got something to show you.¡± she said.¡° See these pencils, they belong to Mrs. Green and me. Jack gradually believe him that it¡¯s all ¡¡45 to make mistakes ¨C as long as you erase them and try again.
