Xie Liang, 80, has offered free help to people asking for directions for 8 years.

Every day, Xie goes to Dongzhimen Long-distance (长途) Bus Stop, and gives help to at least 1,200 people asking for directions. During holidays, the number may be even 3,500. There are more than 50 roads and streets meeting at Dongzhimen, and at least 100 thousand people pass by there daily.

　 The reporter of Beijing Youth Daily had an interview with Xie. At that time, he arrived at the bus stop and placed his little table with maps and guidebooks written by himself on it.

　 "Is it really free to ask you for the way?" said one with a strong southeast Chinese accent(口音)

　 "Of course," answered Xie with a smile. "Quite a number of people have asked me the same question. I am a volunteer."

　 The reporter found that at least 5 people came to ask him for the way in a minute, and Xie

told them the way patiently and gave every one of them a note with his words on it.

Bruce Lee(李小龙) was born in San Francisco, California in 1940. His farther was a movie actor. Young Bruce appeared in his first movie with his farther when he was only two months old. Bruce and his parents returned to their home in Hong Kong in 1941. Bruce began to act in Chinese movies at the age of six．
In Hong Kong, Bruce Lee began his life-long interest in the Chinese Kung Fu. He studied with Yip Man, a Kung Fu master. Bruce was also often seen in many street fights. In 1973, Bruce Lee made his most famous movie, Enter the Dragon. It was the first movie made between American and Chinese movie companies. It became a major hit which made Bruce Lee a world famous movie star.
Bruce Lee died a few weeks before the movie was put on. He was 32 years old. It's said that his early death ended what would have been a very successful movie career.
