Mr. Smith’s umbrella was stolen(被偷)when he left it at the gate of the City Church. As his aunt gave him the umbrella as a birthday present, he wanted very much to get it back. This came out in the newspaper, and on the next morning Mr. Smith was very much surprised when he opened the front door. By the door lay twelve umbrellas of all colors, and among them was his umbrella.
