8. 定语从句：本单元定语从句为重点语法内容，在这里我们重点了解定语从句的基础知识。定语从句就是由一个完整的句子结构修饰或形容它前面的那个名词，通常情况下定语从句都会由一个关系词引导。被修饰词是事或物时，关系词是which或that, 被修饰词是人时，关系词是who(主语)、whom(宾语)或that 。这些关系词在从句中如果作宾语时可以被省略，但如果作主语则不能被省略。现在将本单元出现的带有定语从句的句子拿出来和同学们共同学习。

以下句中黑体字为关系词。
