1) defeat “ 战胜，击败，击溃” 指在一场比赛或战争中，击败对方，取得胜利

2) conquer “征服，打败” 指用战争的方式或用强力征服对方，取得决定性的胜利，往往有控制或占有的意味，也指克服困难，改掉不好的习惯

3) overcome “克服，战胜，压倒” 语气比其他两个强，指在斗争或竞赛中压倒对方。

1)calculate “计算，核算” 指通过较复杂的过程，如算术上用加减乘除来进行计算，或数学上的精密计算。
