表面看来,概念解说式开头法和概念描述式开头法大同小异,其实,二者间的差别还是比较大的。这种差别主要体现为:

概念描述式开头,在摆出概念后,是用具体画面来体现概念内容,其表达方式以描写为主,写作重点在于营造画面。例如,读“争,是小草破岩而出的那一搏”这一句,身为读者的我们,大脑中便会出现一幅动态的小草破岩而出的图画。

而概念解说式开头,在摆出概念后,则是通过引用名家名言阐释概念内容,其表达方式以说明为主,写作重点在于举例解释。例如,读“争,是陶渊明‘采菊东篱下,悠然见南山’的坦然”这一句,身为读者的我们,大脑中想到的不是陶渊明如何采菊如何见南山,而是陶渊明的这种生活态度也可以看成一种“争”。也就是说,引用陶渊明及其诗句,只是为了举例解释“争”这个概念。

当然,这里的解说,并非科学说明,所以没必要给核心概念一个精确的定义。解说的目的,只在于引出核心观点。从这点看,又和概念描述式相同了,概念解说后,通常也需要用一个总结性句子来引出全文主要观点。
